Instructions for Sponsors We look forward to seeing you at our Annual CalSPRA Conference, March 1 - 4, 2023 at the Westin San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, 910 Broadway Circle, San Diego, CA 92101. Review your sponsor level benefits on the general sponsor page. Logo/Ad/Artwork Attached are the specs for your ad/artwork. The program will be in color and print-ready ads should be provided as PDFs. A high-resolution JPG or PNG file will also work. If you are just sending a logo, please send the vector art (eps or illustrator file) for the best quality. Please let us know your social media handle or username so we can find you. Please upload your social media information on this Google Form Exhibitor Area We will provide you with a 6-foot table and two chairs for the exhibitor booth area. Please let us know if you need access to an outlet for electricity. We will have sessions in every breakout room on the first and second floor. Adding additional representatives If you would like to bring reps in addition to what your sponsorship benefit allows, please register them on this site here, and use the code 2023sponsor to pay the additional $250/person to cover the cost of meals.
