Submission Guidelines
To be considered as a speaker, please submit the following information via our online portal:

- Any supporting materials, such as previous speaking engagements or publications.
We are looking for presenters who can offer:

When you develop your proposal, please consider and communicate how your topic applies to a variety of school sizes and locations, different communication office sizes, and diverse audiences. Sessions that specifically tie content to the concepts of inclusivity, diversity, equity, and/or access will receive additional points in the review process.
To submit your proposal, click the “Start proposal” button and log into your account. If it's your first time using the Whova platform, you'll need to create an account. The Whova platform will also be used for the conference itself.
Selection Process
Our expert review committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact. All individuals who submit a proposal will be notified of the committee's decision by October 1, 2025.
We look forward to receiving your proposals for the CalSPRA Annual Conference in 2026! For any questions or inquiries, please contact us.
